Hatching Fire Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your fire starters. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

• 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

• How to Start a Return: Email us at info@hatchingfire.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Approval Required: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

• Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original packaging and in reasonable condition.

• Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear on your account.
