About Us

After years of buying firestarters for our wood-burning stove, firepit, bbq and river campfires, we gathered some sawdust from the shop and a few used candles and started making our own. Now, sourcing wood shavings from the sawmill 2 miles up the road and collecting unwanted candles from friends, thrift stores and estate sales, we have created effective handcrafted fire starters, offering them in gift ready packaging as both practical and useful gifts.
